Meet Our Team Who Serves You

Shelley’s work in the medical field began as a third career where she started out in home health care as a nursing assistant working with the geriatric population and their chronic illness needs, then moved on as a nurse to a surgical/trauma ICU, cardiac, spinal cord injury, dialysis, ambulatory/diabetes, and travel nursing.

Being adventurous and embracing the educational opportunities of working in various medical specialties, she created an online weight loss program for non, pre, and type 2 diabetics with the guarantee of being more healthy and most often reversing the disease. She then grew this into a supplemental service along with her other holistic interventions to help people feel whole and balanced.

“Living a life of happiness and health truly begins before you get sick. And my passion is educating people on the holistic options they have available now to prevent illness, feel and look their best, and to have a wonderful, high-quality, and long life.”

Dr. Joe Palumbo is the Medical Director for Hydreight, Mile-Hydreight’s parent company. He has been a traveling ER physician for over a decade working in hospitals and medical centers with licensure in every state in the US.

His specialties include:

* telemedicine

“What Hydreight is doing and has done for the health and wellness industry is short of unimaginable and we are proud to support Mile-Hydrate in their community wellness endeavors as one of our Service Providers.”

Mile-Hydrate turns to Dr. Urbatchka for her ability in creating our nutraceutical combinations that support all your facets of health.

She is a masters level swim competitor, a mother and wife, and knows the personal struggle of injury and surgical pain. Her stories of preventative double mastectomy and her recovery with Epstein Bar syndrome are incredible feats of resiliance. During her recovery she received specially formulated IV’s three times a week and attributes those to helping put her EBV back into remission.

And with her many years in various specialties, like, sterile and non-sterile compounding, hormone replacement, fertility, thyroid, infectious disease, immunology, pain, hair loss, gut health, autoimmune, transplant, oncology, and medication addiction, she is our trusted resource.

“I enjoy teaching and supporting nurses, and creating just the right intravenous vitamin delivery for you and your health needs. Shelley is one of our most trusted and experienced nurses!”
